At BOS Surgery we strive to provide you with the current best standard in care for your Orthopedic condition. We specialize in surgery of the Shoulder, Elbow and Wrist as well as the Hip, Knee and Foot and Ankle. Our office staff will ensure your visit and pre and post surgical information is complete and understood prior to your procedure.
Prior to Your Visit
Our orthopedic surgeons carefully review the referral sent from your physician. Based on the urgency of the problem, it is triaged accordingly and placed into a wait list. Once your appointment has been confirmed, your physician’s office will be contacted with the time, date and location.
At Your Visit
Please bring one piece of identification and your PHN Care Card. You will be required to complete forms if not already done so. Please note: The office attempts to maintain appointments on time. Occasionally, certain appointments do go over time and delays your actual time. We care for each patient and their problem on an individual basis and on occasion cannot anticipate these delays.
Following Your Visit
If your Surgeon has ordered an investigation or test, it is YOUR responsibility to contact the office once this investigation or test is complete. Please CONTACT the office at 604-437-9600 to arrange a follow up appointment with your Surgeon 2 weeks following this test unless otherwise specified.
